Marketing Analyst

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Requirements:
Age	:	21-30
Qualification	:	A degree in any discipline
Experience	:	1-2 years experience in marketing field
Language	:	Fluency in written and spoken English
Technical Skills	:	Familiarity with MS Office
Salary	:	Not a constraint for the right candidate

Required skills:

• Ability to acquire new clients and retain present clients by keeping track record
• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and presentation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail i.e. analyzing market dynamics, analyze client feedback and ability to monitor client satisfaction
• Possess multicultural, stress-resistant personality, together with experience in building a network of key contacts
• Develop and execute complex segmentation queries to support online and offline marketing activities
• Outstanding spreadsheet and database skills, preferably with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to think independently and creatively translate business requirements and business challenges into analytic project design
• Must be a team player

• Communicate with clients/prospective clients through phone, email or chat
• Responsible for communicating client‘s vision, values and service benefits
• Serve as an integral part of the marketing team

• Lead generation
• Qualify potential customers
• Increase awareness of firm’s services
• Maintain information in CRM database
• Handle incoming inquires

• Ability to forecast worldwide customer demand through the compilation and analysis of various data using sophisticated statistical methodology
• Ability to investigate market trends and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations regarding current and future market demands

• Train and develop the team members so as to enhance performance of the team
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as and when needed
