Location: Ahmedabad/Cochin

Job Requirements:
Age	:	30-35
Qualification	:	Graduate with MBA from a reputed institute
Experience	:	8-12 years, out of which 2-5 years in BPO industry
Language	:	Fluency in written and spoken English
Technical Skills	:	Familiarity with MS Excel, Word and Internet surfing
Salary	:	Not a constraint for the right candidate

• Traveled outside India preferably US, Europe, Australia etc
• Experience in working for overseas clients

• Responsible for handling 250 persons in different division of BPO such as Data Entry, Web Research, DTP, Book Keeping etc
• Monitor, develop and guide different teams through strategies and initiatives that support business
• Ensure quality in all operations by monitoring performance at individual and team levels
• Work closely with clients to ensure co-ordination of transactional activities
• Reporting and getting feedback from Directors
• Designing manpower requirement to optimize production and quality standards
• Focus on strategic issues and suggest improvements related to work processes and operations
• Participate in special task and perform other duties as and when needed

• He she should possess experience in dealing US and UK clients and a very strong onsite dealing skills
